Who we are
This website and service are run by Opal AEO, D-2201, Gera, Hinjawadi Phase 2, Pune, Maharashtra 411057 (“we”, “us”). Write to us at info@digitalemploy.in for anything in this notice.
On this website
- The “Talk to sales” and trial forms: what you type (your name, company, work email and, if you choose, your phone number), the page you used and the time, so we can reply to you. The details are saved in our database and emailed to our team, and we keep the page address without anything after a “?” or “#”. We store no IP address and no browser details. Booking a call, if offered, is handled by [TO FILL: booking service], which may set its own cookies in the booking window.
- The free AI bot checker: the website address you type and the result, so the same private link can show it again. We do not ask for your name or email to run a check.
- This website sets no cookies of its own, and its fonts are served from our own site.
In the dashboard
The dashboard shows how AI assistants answer questions about your brand. We collect those answers by asking the assistants buyer-style questions. Here is what we keep.

We do not use advertising or analytics tools and we do not track you across other websites. To keep you signed in, your browser stores a sign-in token on your device; signing out removes it.

We do not sell your information. We may disclose it if the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
While your account is active. After it ends, we delete your account’s data within [TO FILL: 30] days of your written request or of the end of the contract, except what we must keep for [TO FILL: accounting or legal reasons and for how long]. Backups are overwritten within [TO FILL: period]. Enquiries sent through this website’s forms are kept for [TO FILL: period].
How we protect it
- Each customer’s data is separated in the database, and this is tested automatically with two accounts: one cannot read the other’s results.
- PDF reports are private and open only through a link that stops working after about a minute.
- A new account must confirm its email address before it can sign in. A new login sees nothing of anyone else’s.
- Secret keys never reach your browser.
No system is perfectly safe. If we learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you [TO FILL: within what period, as the law requires].
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, export it, or stop using it for a purpose. You can also object, or complain to your local data protection authority. Your account owner controls what other people on your account can see.
International transfers
